Roasted Ranch Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 (3-lb.) bag red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a large bowl, toss together potatoes and remaining ingredients until combined. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
