Ingredients
- 8 1/4 inch baguette slices
- 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil (divided)
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup drained and rinsed cannelini beans
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Preparation
Step 1
arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with 2 tsp olive oil.
Bake at 475 degrees for 4 minutes or til golden.
Saute 1/2 tsp minced garlic in 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil for 30 seconds or until fregrant. Stir in 1/3 cup rinsed and drained canellini beans, 1/8 tsp kosher salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper, mash with a fork.
Add 1 tbsp warm ater and 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice.
Spread 1 tsp on each baguette slice; sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves.
