Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) softened margarine
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinammon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups Quaker oats - uncooked
- 1 cup raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinammon and add to margarine mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats and raisins; mixing well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes in 350 degree oven until light golden brown. Cool one minute on cookie sheet and remove to wire rack.
