Apple Cider Vinegar "shots"

Take one shot, once a day before a meal to help w/ digestion.

Ingredients

  • Mix in jar:
  • 1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar (unfiltered)
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1 t honey
  • 1 lg t of ground dried ginger
