Ingredients
- 1 cup parsley leaves
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 4-6 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place the parsley and garlic in a food processor and pulse a few times until emulsified.
Then add the salt and lemon juice and pulse once or twice.
Finally, add the olive oil in a steady stream and process until blended.
