Appetizer: Feta cheese truffles

Ingredients

  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 t worcestershire
  • 2 t finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 chopped fresh parsley
  • Cucumber slices
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Kalamata olives
  • Whole almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Beat first 5 ingredients until well combined. Cover tightly and chill at least 1 hour or until firm, may chill up to 3 days. Roll into 3/4 inch round balls. Roll in parsley. If chilled let stand 30 min before serving.. Serve with listed items.
