Smoked Salmon Radish Dip

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Dry cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • Pinch each salt & pepper
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped radishes
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp. chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, beat together sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, salt & pepper
Stir in salmon, radishes, onion, & chives. Transfer to serving bowl. (Make ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days; let stand at room temp for 30 min. before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
