- 4 oz. tilapia fillet
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne powder
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 Tbs. agave syrup
- Pineapple Pico
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, diced
- 1 Tbs. jalapeno, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix lime juice, agave and cayenne together. Place tilapia fillet in a Ziploc bag and cover w/liquid mixture. Allow to marinate in the fridge for 30 min.
Remove from fridge and place the filet on a sheet of foil on the grill. Save the leftover marinade to brush on the fish during grilling.
