italian pasta bake and salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups penne or rotini pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 jar(26-28 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 pkg(8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

brown meat in large skillet, drain. stir in pasta, sauce and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

spoon into 13 x 9 inch(3 qt) baking dish. top with mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

baje at 375 for 20 minutes. serve with a salad tossed with italian dressing

prepare as directed but substitute chicken breast cubes for the ground beef..
