Pineapple Delight

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup medium cream - whipped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple - drained

Preparation

Step 1

Place one-half of crushed wafers in 8 inch square greased pan. Blend butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Spread mixture over crushed wafers and pat well. Add layer of pineapple. Add whipped cream and cover with remaining crushed wafers and nuts.

Chill 4 hours before serving.
