Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose four
- 1 tsp instant chicken bouillon
- 1/4 tsp sald
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup not water
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 3 cups spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cut-up cooked trukey or checken
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbls dried parsely flackes
- 2 Tbls. sherry
- 2 Tbls. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbls. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place butter in 2 quart casserole. Microwave at high until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Blend in flour, instant bouillon, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in water and cream. Microwave at med-high until thickened, 6 to 9 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking.
2. Stir in spaghetti, turkey, mushrooms, parlesey and sherry. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Cheddar. Microwave at med-high until heated, 8 to 10 minutes.
