Ingredients
- 2 medium papayas, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup red onions, diced fine
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
