Ingredients
- 3 lb beef chuck roast
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place meat in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour over meat.
2. Cover and cook on high 5 hours or cook on high 1 hour and then on low 6-8 hours.
3. Shred the meat with 2 forks. Mix well with sauce. Serve over cooked rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
