Ingredients

• 1 cup confectionary sugar
• 30 dates-cut fine
• 1 cup nuts, ground fine
• 1 egg white
• pecan puffs
• 1 egg white beaten stiff
• add pinch of salt
• add 1 cup packed brown sugar
• add 1 cup pecans
• 250-25 minutes

Preparation

Step 1

beat egg white until stiff;add gradually 1 cup confectionary sugar. a pinch of salt, 1 tsp vanilla, then the dates and nuts. drop in small portions(1/2 tsp) on greased cookie sheet. 250-20 minutes
