Ingredients
- 1 bag white chocolate chips
- 1 Cup chocolate chips (milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 Cup candy canes crushed (5 regular size)
Preparation
Step 1
1- Melt white chocolate (microwave or double boiler)
2- Add extract & candy to melted white chocolate
3- Pour chocolate into molds (smooth and bang on counter to get air bubbles out). Save room for chocolate layer (it will be thinner than white layer).
4- Put in fridge to cool.
5- Melt chocolate chips (microwave or double boiler).
6- Spread on top of white chocolate layer. Return to fridge.
7- Chill completely (about an hour) & unmold
