Eggs Goldenrod

Great use for left-over Easter Eggs.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs. Butter
  • 2 Tbs. Flour
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 9 Hard-boiled Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, add flour and stir until well blended. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until mixture is thickened. Add hard-boiled eggs (chopped). Season with salt and pepper, serve on toast. Makes 6 servings.
