baba's mexican cornbread

Ingredients

• 2 c. cornmeal
• 2 t.salt
• 1 t.soda
• 2 c. milk
• 2-3 jalapeno
• 1 can cream style corn
• 1 # cheddar
• 4 eggs
• 2 onions
• 1 c. oil

Preparation

Step 1

mix meal, salt and soda. add milk, corn, cheese and eggs. stir well. add onions, peppers and oil. bake at 350 for 20 min or so
