Sugar and Spice Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 lb pecan halves
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven at 250 degrees. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

Whip together egg white and water until frothy. Stir in pecans to coat evenly. Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon together; pour over nuts and toss with a spatula until nuts are coated with sugar. Spread on baking sheet.

Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes with a spatula.
