Ingredients
- 1 – 16oz. can pears, drained- reserve juice
- 1 – 3oz. PKG. lime jello
- 1 – 4oz. pkg. cream cheese – softened
- 1 – Cup whipping cream – whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Put Jello in a medium or large bowl, Heat pear juice till hot and pour over Jello, stir until dissolved, chill until slightly firm.
In a separate bowl mash pears then add cream cheese and mix till blended.
Stir into Jello till well mixed , fold in whipping cream, pour into mold and chill
Until set.
