Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup sugar (or Splenda)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup cream (or milk - even skim milk comes out fine)
- 2 eggs
- 9 ” unbaked pie shell or graham cracker crust or your own homemade pie crust recipe. (Wholly Wholesome Organic Whole Wheat Crust Pie Shell is a great tasting premade healthy crust.)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 425
After you have blended all ingredients together, pour into the pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
Turn down to 375 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes or until set.
Enjoy a slice with a little whip cream or sugar free whip cream on top.
Now that's what I call "guilt-free" dessert!
