Strawberry Ices

Ingredients

• One large box strawberries
• 1 scant cup of sugar (use fine sugar if possible, but not necessary)
• 2 egg whites

Preparation

Step 1

Process strawberries in food processor until like thick soup. I add the sugar to this.
Whip strawberries, sugar, egg whites on high speed of mix master for several minutes until it makes peaks – it will fill the large bowl. Freeze in plastic containers or in a pretty serving bowl covered.
