Baked Prosciutto and Egg Cups

Ingredients

  • 6 thin slices of prosciutto
  • 2 oz. mozzarella
  • 3 large basil leaves torn
  • 6 egss

Preparation

Step 1

Coat six muffin cups with cooking spray.

Line each muffin tin with a slice of prosciutto.

Divide half the cheese and basil among the cups. Crack an egg into each cup. Nestlé remaining cheese and basil around the eggs.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and let rest for 5 minutes. Run a knife around cups to unmold.
