POTATO SALAD

Ingredients

  • 4 - 5 LB RED POTATOES
  • 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
  • 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
  • 2 TBSP BEAVERS DELI MUSTARD
  • 2 TBSP SWEET RELISH
  • 1/4 CUP CHIVES DICED
  • 1/2 LB COOK BACON DICED
  • 1/2 - 1 CUP DICED BELL PEEPER

Preparation

Step 1

WASH THE POTATOES, CUBE INTO BITE SIZE PIECES AND BOIL TELL TENDER, REMOVE FROM WATER AND LET COOL.

MEASURE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND PLACE IN BOWL, MIX THOROUGHLY.

STIR IN POTATOES, COVER AND PLACE IN FRIDGE 2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING
