Ingredients
- 2 C. cooked turkey
- 1/2 C. celery , diced
- 1/2 C. green peppers, diced
- 1/2 C. diced onions
- 1/2 C. mayo
- salt and pepper
- 6 slices of bread
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 can crm of mushroom soup
- 1/2 C. grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In large mixing bowl, combine turkey, celery, peppers, onions, mayo, salt and pepper. Cube bread and pyut half in greased casserole dish. Add trukey mixture and then remaining bread cubes. Mix milk, eggs, and soup. Let stand in regrigerator overnight. Put cheese on top and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
