Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 bullion cubes
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet and add mushrooms and onions. Cook until tender. Remove from pan.
cook sirloin until brown.
Add 1 cup water and bullion cubes.
Stir in ketchup and garlic.
Simmer 20 mins.
Add flour 2 remaining cup water and add to meat mixture.
Add mushrooms and onions to meat mixture.
Simmer 10 mins then heat to a boil.
Reduce heat and add sour cream. Stir four 2 mins.
Serve over noodles.
