Foolproof Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 8-ounce salmon fillets
  • Olive oil to coat foil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 T finely chopped parsley
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 475 degrees

COAT large piece of foil with olive oil Place fillets meat side down on foil

SPRINKLE with garlic, parsley and lemon juice. Fold up the sides of the foil and tent it over the salmon

BAKE 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork

REMOVE from oven, salt and pepper to taste
