Bangkok Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh ground cooked pork
  • 1 cup fresh roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup julienned scallions
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 3/4 Thai chilies, chopped up
  • Fresh ginger to preference (optional)
  • 1 head butter leaf lettuce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
2. Wrap in butter-leaf lettuce cups and serve on a plate
