Cheese Balls II

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 3 ounce pack cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • dash hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Bring cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and butter to room temp. Add milk, onion, worchestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Beat til combined. Cover and chill 4 to 24hrs. To serve, shape mixture into a ball. Roll in parsley or nuts. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
