Ingredients
- 2 (9-inch) deep dish pie shells
- 1 package hot breakfast sausage
- 1 (8 oz) pack shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook and drain sausage. Mix eggs, milk and pepper. Mix flour into cheese bag and shake; add to egg mix. Pour into pie shells.
Bake for 1 hour.
