- Greek Seasoning:

- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 cups garbanzo beans, cooked
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 cups white beans, cooked

- 1 1 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup packed fresh parsley
- 4 4 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 lemon, juiced
