Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1

Preheat oven to350F°.
In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat until lighter in color. Set aside. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder and add nuts, set aside. Cream together milk, mashed banana, and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate chips. Add creamed banana mix alternately with flour mix to the first mixture of butter, sugar and eggs. Pour into greased, floured bundt pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Sift powdered sugar over top. Enjoy!
