Creamy Cucumber Salad

• 2 whole Cucumbers, Peeled And Sliced Thin
• 1 whole Medium Onion, Sliced
• 1 whole Green Pepper, Sliced
• 1/3 cup Sour Cream
• 2 Tablespoons Cidar Vinegar
• 2 teaspoons Sugar
• 2 teaspoons Ranch Dressing Mix
• Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place vegetables in medium bowl. In glass measuring cup, mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Chill for 1-2 hours until cool.
