Sausage Crepes

Ingredients
- l lb. pork sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded American cheese
- 3 ounce package cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram, crushed
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 4 Tablespoons softened butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage until browned, add chopped onion, cook till browned; drain off fat. Stir in shredded American cheese, cream cheese, celery salt, marjoram. Remove from heat.
Stir in the 3/4 cup sour cream and 1 tablespoon milk.
Place 2 tablespoons sausage mixture down center of each crepe; roll. Arrange in a 13x9" baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Combine the 4 tablespoons softened butter with the 1/4 cup sour cream; spread on crepes.
Bake, covered at 375@ for 20 min.
