Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Cachaca (Brazilian rum) (or white rum)
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup cool (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves)
- 3 cups crushed ice
- 6 pineapple wedges for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Combine rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
