  • 3 strips of bacon
  • 8 ounces of cabbage (3-4 oz per serving) sliced to bite size
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 slice of onion chopped - optional
  • season pepper - optional
  • 1 table spoon of sugar

Step 1

Cooked the bacon until crisp - remove from pan.
Add cabbage, water sugar onion and salt and pepper.
Cook until cabbage is tender, crumble bacon over cabbage, stir and serve.
