Baked French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 C Milk
  • 2 T Sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 C Brown sugar
  • 1/2 C Pecans
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 6 ingredients, pour over dry bread slices in greased 13x9 pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, pull out of fridge & let come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan, melt & bring to a boil. Pour over bread.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
