Ingredients
- 3 chopped onions
- 8 quarts whole tomatoes*
- 2-1/2 Tsp Oregano
- 2-1/2 Tsp Parsley Flakes
- 2 Tsp Red Pepper
- 6 Tbl Brown Sugar
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 4 Tbl salt
- 2-1/2 Tsp Italian seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
*Peel and core tomatoes before cooking.
May add meat, mushrooms, olives, etc.
Boil all ingredients together. Put into jars and seal.
If using meat -- Pressure can @ 15 lbs for 70 minutes.
