Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 chopped onions
  • 8 quarts whole tomatoes*
  • 2-1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 2-1/2 Tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 2 Tsp Red Pepper
  • 6 Tbl Brown Sugar
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Tbl salt
  • 2-1/2 Tsp Italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

*Peel and core tomatoes before cooking.

May add meat, mushrooms, olives, etc.

Boil all ingredients together. Put into jars and seal.

If using meat -- Pressure can @ 15 lbs for 70 minutes.
