Ingredients

  • 2 red onions,roughly chopped
  • 2 stalks celery roughly chopped
  • 1 fennel bulb all roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tsp salt , pepper
  • 1 cup sliced shitake cups
  • 4 large garlic chopped
  • 1 cabbage roughly chopped
  • 2 l water
  • 2 tbsp paprica
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano,chopped
  • 8 springs parsley,chopped whole
  • Cook for 1 hour
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped before serving
