Ingredients

  • 1 T flour
  • 3/4 t salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1-2 lbs stew meat
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1-2 onion chopped
  • 1/4 t dried basil
  • 4 med potatoes cubed
  • 3 med carrots sliced
  • 1/4 C dry red wine

Step 1

brown meat. mix soup, water, basil, salt, pepper and onion. add meat, potatoes and carrots. bake at 375 for 2.5-3 hours or put in crock pot on high for 6-8 hours.
