Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quinoa,rinsed
- 1 cup water
- pinch nutmeg
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Cook for 10 min
- Add 1/3 cup chopped prunes
- 1/4 cup rice milk
- cook for 5 min
- 1 tbsp flax seed oil
