Eggs Lorraine

  • 8 eggs
  • Swiss cheese
  • ham slices
  • green chilies
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a greased 9 X 12 pan, layer ham and swiss cheese. Pour beaten eggs and green chilies over layers. Dollop with sour cream. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 min or until eggs are firm and knife comes out clean.
