Mojitos

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 cup scant simple syrup (make 1/1 water and sugar)
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups light rum
  • club soda

Preparation

Step 1

Rough chop mint and mix with syrup, lemon and lime juice, and rum. Let sit at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.

Serve mixed 1/1 with club soda over ice.
