Ingredients

    Egg Beaten

  • 2/3

    C. Milk

  • 1

    TBS Worchestire sauce

  • 1

    C. crushed saltines

  • 1/4

    finely chopped onion

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1/2

    tsp rubbed sage

  • 1/4

    tsp pepper

  • 1 1/2

    lbs ground beef

  • 1/4

    C. ketchup

  • 3

    TBS brown sugar

  • 1

    tsp ground mustard

  • 1/4

    tsp nutmeg

Directions

Combine the first 8 ingredients, mix with beef. Pat meat in ungreased loaf pan. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 350. Combine ketchup and brown sugar, mustard and nutmeg, spread over the top and bake 15-20 minutes longer til 160 degrees with mneaat thermometer.. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
