- Ingredients:
- 4 cups (1L-head) Cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp.(15 mL)milk
- 1-10 oz.(284 mL)can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (125 mL)grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) curry powder
- 2 Tbsp.(30 mL) melted butter
- 1 cup (250 mL) cracker crumbs

Instructions:
Cook Cauliflower until tender crisp. Drain and set in a large casserole dish. Combine milk, chicken soup, mayonnaise, cheese and curry powder and pour over Cauliflower. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees F.(180 degrees C.)for 30 minutes
