Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juiced & strained, zest reserved
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped & toasted
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except the oil in a blender and process on high. Drizzle the oil until incorporated completely.
