Ingredients
- 2 pounds southern style hash browns
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup onions, diced (optional)
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese
- Crushed cornflakes (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together in a 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top.
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or just until golden brown.
