Ingredients

  • 2 pounds southern style hash browns
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced (optional)
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese
  • Crushed cornflakes (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together in a 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top.

Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or just until golden brown.
