  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cups cornflakes
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites and vanilla until foamy, gradually add sugar while beating. Continue to beat until stiff and glossy. Fold in cornflakes, nuts and coconut. Drop by level tables poonfuls onto well greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from baking sheet and cool.
