Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups chopped toasted walnuts
- 4 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 tsp light corn syrup

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir flour and sugar together, cut in butter, then add egg yolks/cold water mix. When moist, knead into ball, wrap and refrigerate 30-60 min.
2. Preheat oven to 350. Flatten dough, form 13 inch circle and place in 11" tart pan with removable bottom. Press into sides.
3. Combine eggs, honey, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter and vanilla, then stir in nuts. Pour into filling and bake about 40 min.
4. Cool, then melt chocolate, butter and corn syrup and let set to thicken a bit Spoon and spread over tart.
