  • 8 medium red potatoes, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/2 c. milk, warmed
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 c. parm. cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Add the butter, milk (add a little milk at a time) and salt. Mash. Stir in the Parm. cheese.
