Ingredients

  • 1 can chick peas, drained, rinsed
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tblsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tblsp.green curry paste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. olive oil

Blend in vita mix. Garnish with dried cranberries and/or chopped parsley
